Starting as a Writer
Liz Flynn has been a freelance copywriter since 2010. She first began writing as a form of second income while working also working in the Learning Support Faculty in a mainstream secondary school.
In 2011, during her maternity leave, Liz Flynn continued writing and eventually left her full-time job to work from home. By February 2012, she was operating under the name Liz Flynn Freelance Writing Services.
At first, she picked up work from various content mills on the Internet, which is how many freelancers start earning money. While many condone these sites, they led to Liz gaining contacts offering her freelancing work away from these sites. She now has many clients, some of whom have returned to her time and again for years.

Liz is from Lancashire in England, where she lives in a coastal village with her partner, her three sons, and a scruffy looking dog. Her daughter has now left home. In addition to writing full-time, Liz Flynn enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafts, watching comedy or horror movies, cooking, and drinking wine. Before becoming a writer, she worked in education, catering, and care.
