August was a busy month at Purple Mermaid Media across all four websites. Here is our September 2023 newsletter.
Purple Mermaid Media
We completed our series on the Sex and the City stars by adding an article about Cynthia Nixon’s net worth. Over the next month, there is a focus on two separate subjects.
First, we are continuing to expand our list of articles that aim to provide tips for freelance writers, such as increasing productivity and things for remote workers to think about when creating a home workspace.
Second, we will begin a series of articles about successful authors based on the previously published list of the world’s richest authors. Each article will look at the author’s career success and net worth.
Update from The Fruity Tart for September 2023
Our family went on holiday to Dumfries in Scotland in August. One of our favourite restaurants in the area was The Steamboat Inn, so we added a review to the site and intend to review further restaurants from the area in September. Earlier in the month, I visited Altrincham Market and ate from Pico’s Tacos stall, which I also reviewed.
In August, we also looked at what vitamins we need in our diet, the first article in a series about each of the vitamins and minerals we need to maintain health, which will continue throughout September 2023.
Another series we are starting in September 2023 is about regional cuisines in different countries, starting with the regional cuisines of Italy. You can also look forward to more articles about celebrity chefs.
Super Souper Ed
During August, we completed recipes from our list of popular Indian soups when we added a recipe for an Indian spinach soup called palak.
In September 2023, we will work on completing our series of the best Polish soups and popular French soups before moving on to the next in the series of popular international soups. At the moment, we are thinking of covering Italian soups.
Liz Loves Lancashire: What’s to Come in September 2023
Our newest website, Liz Loves Lancashire, has made great strides in August. We have expanded our list of articles in every category. I enjoyed eating out at Abingdon Street Market’s new food hall and ate from Tuk Tuk Indian Soul Food. It was our delight to report that Fleetwood Market has been named the best seaside market in the northwest.
In September 2023, we will continue to add articles about things to do, places to eat, and where to stay in Lancashire. We have also decided to start a series of articles about listed buildings in Lancashire, starting with listed buildings in Blackpool. You can read our latest update for October 2023 here.
Happy reading, Purple Mermaid Media
